Named after the machete like tool used for harvesting agave, COA is an award winning cocktail bar featuring tequila and small batched Mezcal. Co-founded and helmed by industry veteran Jay Khan.COA focuses on great hospitality, set in a cozy and friendly environment that welcomes patrons from all walks of life. The cocktail bar provides diverse beverage offers, featuring artisanal cocktails with a section dedicated to Agave spirits that provides a glimpse (or deep dive) into these rich, diverse but often misunderstood products.
COA主打墨西哥風格調酒，最吸睛的莫過於是BAR枱後面的酒牆，仔細一看大多都是來自墨西哥的基酒和利口酒，絕對是一大打卡位。
COA獲得The BEST BAR in Asia 2021，而調酒師亦贏得2020年BAR Tender比賽，可見質素絕對有保證。
